RETURN POLICY

The Bumper Company will honor any merchandise returned in original condition, not have been installed, be 30 days or less from date of invoice.  All authorized returns will be subject to up to a 25% restocking fee. 

Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and Freight Carrier must be obtained from The Bumper Company prior to returning product.  Returned goods shipped freight collect to The Bumper Company will be refused.

Return products listed on the RGA only.  Any unauthorized return will be subject to a 40% restocking.

Freight Claims:
The Bumper Company shall not be responsible for any freight damage.  Purchaser must file any freight claims with the shipper at time of delivery.  If it is necessary to refuse shipment because of damage, you must notify The Bumper Company within 48 hrs.
